Superior Skilled Trades is seeking to solve the business problem of driving impactful improvements through data and AI integration in their client's Payroll and Finance departments in Austin, TX
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
- Experience auditing and analyzing large data sets (5,000+ rows)
- Knowledgeable in AI tools with hands-on implementation experience
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess existing AI tools related to Payroll and Finance
- Assist in audits and validation of large data sets and reporting
- Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for AI integration
- Develop and deliver reports requested by clients and internal staff
- Create tracking mechanisms for frequently requested data items
- Gain a deep understanding of existing policies and procedures
Other
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis and/or a bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and reporting skills
- Competitive salary up to $80k - $85k+
