Continental Resources, Inc. is looking to automate manual processes and deliver data-driven insights for the Production Services team and stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Comprehensive skills with data & analytics applications.
- Understands or can learn the data models of Continental’s primary data sources including Aries, WellView, ProCount, SAP, Planning Analytics, eGIS, WLM, Horizon, and IHS.
- Understand data modeling and data integration principles and techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data modeling and data integration principles and techniques.
- Comprehensive programming skills capable of retrieving data using advanced techniques.
- Intermediate to advanced skills within SQL.
- Basic to intermediate skills developing automated workflows using UiPath.
Responsibilities
- Discovers and troubleshoots data issues across sources and drives issues to resolution.
- Creates complex datasets, visualizations and tools.
- Implements automated solutions to streamline manual team processes.
- Uses SQL to retrieve data from systems and create integrated datasets.
- Updates data within systems and creates data tables and views.
- Proactively profiles data across sources to identify issues and work with stakeholders to remedy
- Generates production volume reports using multiple platforms.
Other
- Minimum five (5) years experience within the Oil and Gas industry working as a Data Analyst, Production Analyst, Engineering Tech, Engineering Specialist, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst or related role.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Science/Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related degree.
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
- Self-starter, with the ability to work as part of a team or individually.
- Collaborates - Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
