Molina Healthcare is looking for a Data Analyst to design and implement data-driven solutions to support strategic decision-making processes, analyze complex data sets, develop insightful reports, and create tools to monitor and enhance business performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data compilation, management, and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other industry-standard software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
- Experience developing dashboards, algorithms, and reports for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of statistical and mathematical modeling techniques
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles (Required)
- 7-9 years of experience in data management and analytics (Preferred)
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities and business insights
Responsibilities
- Leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence organizational decision-making processes
- Responsible for data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting to support business objectives
- Extract, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources, including various systems and applications
- Develop and maintain processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending key data and performance metrics
- Prepare clear, concise reports and summaries of findings for management and stakeholders
- Research and analyze report results to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop new reports, tools, and standard operating procedures

- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
