Parkview Health is looking to leverage data analytics to optimize its marketing initiatives, improve health outcomes, and enhance the patient experience through data-driven strategies and decision-making.

Requirements

  • proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with CPD platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • extensive hands-on experience with data automation, integration, and visualization technologies
  • A solid understanding of data governance, security policies, and best practices in data management is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, interpretation, and visualization of complex marketing data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage daily marketing intelligence activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
  • Define data requirements and support the implementation of new technologies, automation processes, and data infrastructure enhancements.
  • Write technical memos documenting data processing decisions, quality assessments, and methodology explanations.
  • Assist in designing, implementing, and enforcing data security policies and system protocols.
  • Analyze research findings, synthesize insights, and communicate key findings to stakeholders effectively.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing data analytics is required, with healthcare industry experience considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights are essential.
  • The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead activities, collaborate effectively with marketing and communication leaders, and mentor junior team members.
  • A Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, social sciences, or related fields, with a Master’s degree preferred.
