Requirements
- proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with CPD platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- extensive hands-on experience with data automation, integration, and visualization technologies
- A solid understanding of data governance, security policies, and best practices in data management is also required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, interpretation, and visualization of complex marketing data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage daily marketing intelligence activities, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
- Define data requirements and support the implementation of new technologies, automation processes, and data infrastructure enhancements.
- Write technical memos documenting data processing decisions, quality assessments, and methodology explanations.
- Assist in designing, implementing, and enforcing data security policies and system protocols.
- Analyze research findings, synthesize insights, and communicate key findings to stakeholders effectively.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing data analytics is required, with healthcare industry experience considered a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights are essential.
- The candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead activities, collaborate effectively with marketing and communication leaders, and mentor junior team members.
- A Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, social sciences, or related fields, with a Master’s degree preferred.
