TriNet is looking for a Data Analyst to provide insights to their management team through various analysis functions, focusing on human capital, finance, accounting, and business strategies. The role will prepare sales and marketing reports, assist with company needs, and support business transformation, people team, and finance-related functions, including month-end close.
Requirements
- Tableau/PowerBI development experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tableau or Power BI certified applicants preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide People Analytics insights to the broader organization, with a focus on the Sales organization.
- Provide insights, analysis & recommendations on top of revenue pipeline, and impact on Cost to Acquire customers.
- Analyze results by Lead Source and recommend actions.
- Develop business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvement.
- Identify and address areas of risk that threaten the success of the company.
- Advise and implement solutions to mitigate risk.
- Assist in automation of repetitive data aggregation/manipulation tasks to enable greater focus on value-add analysis
