TriNet needs a Data Analyst to provide insights to management through various analysis functions, focusing on sales and marketing reports, and assisting with company needs and month-end close processes.
Requirements
- Tableau/PowerBI development experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Tableau or Power BI certified applicants preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide People Analytics insights to the broader organization, with a focus on the Sales organization.
- Provide insights, analysis & recommendations on top of revenue pipeline, and impact on Cost to Acquire customers. Analyze results by Lead Source and recommend actions.
- Develop business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvement.
- Identify and address areas of risk that threaten the success of the company. Advise and implement solutions to mitigate risk.
- Coordinate with People Team Leaders, Revenue Leaders, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Insurance Services to ensure revenue and costs are captured accurately
- Responsible for compiling and supporting key reporting metrics (KPI) and other visual materials
- Assist in automation of repetitive data aggregation/manipulation tasks to enable greater focus on value-add analysis
