Requirements
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including macros.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Tableau expertise.
- Experience with patient/hub services, rare disease patient analytics, provider analytics, call center data, and data feeds from data aggregators.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform exploratory data analysis on complex datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage large scope projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business team to understand operational rules, data flow, and reporting needs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis on complex datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.
- Design and implement technical solutions to address complex data challenges.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to data management and analytics.
- Work on large, complex projects independently, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes for efficiency and accuracy.

- BA, BS, or equivalent experience in a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Client-facing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
