OSI Engineering is seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making processes by analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL
- familiarity with Big Data tools

- adept at using MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret new and existing data sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Perform both ad-hoc and recurring investigations and analyses to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seamless business intelligence solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Present analytical results and insights clearly to business units, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Prepare detailed documentation and analysis reports for integration testing, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Assist in all stages of project implementation, including requirements gathering, creating test scripts, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment.
- Create and optimize SQL and Python scripts to generate actionable data insights aligned with business requirements.
Other
- Support the discovery and analysis of business problems to identify key areas for improvement and insight generation.
- Facilitate meetings, record minutes, gather action items, and drive tasks to completion efficiently.
- Work closely with business groups during UAT to address questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- A creative mindset and a continuous learning attitude are highly valued, along with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions during project execution.
