Requirements
- Three to four years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
- Experience in advanced analytics, statistics, and sharing business insights
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Proficient with Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau and Power BI
- Understands the importance of storytelling in UI/UX design
- Relentless commitment to learning new technologies and creating new innovative solutions.
Responsibilities

- work hands-on with data from multiple sources, applying strong technical skills to design, develop, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions
- translate data into intuitive, user-friendly products that business stakeholders can easily adopt
- partner closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, accessibility, and scalability
- working cross-functionally with business teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet real-world needs
- Identifies process improvement and automation opportunities and collaborates with data engineering to implement them

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to define requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Embraces Agile ways of working and a continuous improvement mindset
- The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
