The company is looking for a Data Analyst to support planning, design, and performance tracking across key infrastructure systems, enabling smarter decisions around system integration, asset readiness, and long-term program health.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis using Power BI or Tableau
- Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with BIM, asset management systems, or CMMS
- Experience working across multiple systems or asset types
Responsibilities
- Collecting, organizing, and managing datasets related to infrastructure design, asset performance, system interfaces, and construction progress
- Analyzing trends in system readiness, construction sequencing, and infrastructure delivery using advanced analytics and visualization tools
- Developing dashboards and reports for technical and leadership teams
- Supporting coordination between disciplines by analyzing handoff points, interdependencies, and data gaps
- Tracking KPIs related to asset lifecycle, system availability, installation status, and testing milestones
- Translating complex engineering data into summaries for stakeholder briefings and program decision-making
- Staying current on best practices in infrastructure analytics, systems integration, and capital program data governance
Other
- 5+ years’ work experience in heavy civil infrastructure project support within the passenger transit industry
- Ability to communicate technical findings to engineers, construction managers, and executive leadership
- 5+ years of work experience in the transit industry is a requirement.
- The position is long-term, full-time, and onsite in Washington DC.
