Piper Companies is seeking to solve the business problem of supporting a global SAP transformation initiative by hiring a Data Analyst to focus on data migration deliverables across multiple functional areas.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency with data tools such as Syniti, SAP Data Services (DS), or Informatica
- Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation logic in ERP contexts
- Experience with ERP data migration, data cleansing, and mapping using industry-standard tools
- 3+ years of experience in data cleansing and data migration for ERP implementations
Responsibilities
- Support data migration activities across functional areas including GSC, MM, PM, PP, LE, eWM, QM, Finance/Procurement, and Commercial
- Collaborate with business data owners, SMEs, and functional teams to understand source data and “To Be” requirements
- Capture and document migration requirements in Data Object Structure (DOS) and Data Definition and Migration (DDAM) formats
- Lead and support data mapping workshops, defining transformation rules and source-to-target mappings
- Coordinate defect resolution and validation efforts during migration cycles
- Ensure alignment with MDG and interface architecture in collaboration with technical teams

- Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across business and IT teams
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs
