Molina Healthcare is seeking a Data Analyst to design and implement processes and solutions for data analysis, modeling, and prediction, with a specialized focus on Medicare Stars requirements and data review, to enable informed business decisions and improve business performance.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting tools
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and advanced mathematical methods
- Experience with Medicare Stars requirements and data review is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing processes and solutions related to a wide array of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction.
- Applying advanced statistical analysis techniques to both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Developing information tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to monitor and improve business performance.
- Manage data compilation, data management, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Extract and compile data from various sources and systems to support business insights.
- Develop and maintain processes for monitoring, tracking, and trending data and information.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources using industry-standard tools or manual methods, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare or Medicare-related projects
- 7-9 years of experience preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and external partners
