STANLEY Engineered Fastening is looking for a Data Analyst to support Operational Planning activities for all Industrial sites and Plant Leadership Teams by collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help Operations Teams make informed decisions and improve business strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is also beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable Insights.
- Demonstrated capability working with Microsoft Office suite of products.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the analysis process.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Preparation: Gather data from various sources, clean and organize it to ensure accuracy and relevance for analysis.
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to make complex data understandable for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings for management and other departments, influencing policy and decision-making processes.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
