Spectrum's Business Planning team manages the planning and forecasting for Customer Operations, aiming to improve business operations and ensure a positive customer experience by providing financial and operational insights.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL
- knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Understanding of regression and statistical analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Responsibilities
- Conducting data analysis in support of analytic solutions
- Capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
- Integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements
- Developing reports and deliverables for management and communicating with all levels of stakeholders
- Identifying and defining data quality improvements
- Creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources
- Ensuring compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis
Other
- Experience: Data analysis and reporting or related experience: 2 years or more
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Abilities: Work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment; quickly identify business problems & opportunities; manage multiple projects simultaneously; effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
