Requirements
- proven experience in data analytics and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
- familiarity with cloud platforms
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- proficiency in CRM systems
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Responsibilities
- develop and update both standard and custom reports using Power BI and other tools
- ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation processes
- maintain and enhance the data warehouse
- uncover trends and drive improvements in business processes, franchise performance, and overall profitability
- create accurate reports and visualizations that guide strategic decision-making across the organization
- collaborate closely with business leaders and the IT Analytics team
- leverage deep understanding of the City Wide Model and business operations
