Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Big Data/NoSQL platforms, delivering production-scale projects.
- Expertise in SQL across enterprise-scale data environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including Power BI Report Builder, semantic model development, and DAX.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (dataflows, lakehouses, pipelines, DirectLake).
- Proficiency in Python for advanced analytics, model development, and automation.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading analytics projects or teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or product-oriented analytics teams is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage in comprehensive data exploration using various programming languages, requiring advanced knowledge of multiple database structures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to influence strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a technical resource, supporting stakeholders with data-related questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Research and analyze data flows across complex data ecosystems, including operational and analytical platforms.
- Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Produce and review technical documentation adhering to professional standards.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role with progressive responsibilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and leadership roles.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
