Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis function with a track record of turning raw data into actionable insights and business value
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency in SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Experience in designing and deploying data models
- Experience in using Python for advanced analytics and data science
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and track business performance
Responsibilities
- Leverage business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and resources to deliver reports that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to define key metrics and track business performance.
- Support data-driven decision-making by conducting ad hoc analyses and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, as well as design and deploy data models.
- Expand capabilities and capacity for advanced analytics and data science using Python.
- Partner with data engineering to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across reporting systems.
- Contribute to scaling the analytics function by improving processes, standardizing reporting, and automating recurring analyses.
