Requirements
- Expert Tableau and / or other BI tool proficiency
- Proven leadership of complex BI projects
- Epic Clarity Certification and/or Epic experience
- Experienced with large, complex databases and/or datasets
- Knowledge of SQL and statistical programming
- Experience in advanced data gathering, organizing, and reporting, especially within the healthcare industry
- Work experience in healthcare analytics and operations
Responsibilities

- Designs and optimizes enterprise-level dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals
- Drives improvements in BI tool performance through advanced data management techniques, including data validation, indexing, and governance, to enhance user experience and decision-making impact
- Partners closely with business and clinical stakeholders to define, prioritize, and translate data requirements into scalable analytics and reporting solutions
- Synthesizes and interprets multi-source datasets to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks
