Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel functions is required
- Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities
- Collecting, managing, and ensuring the integrity of large datasets derived from physiological, cognitive, and operational performance metrics.
- Analyzing complex data to identify trends, correlations, and insights that can influence pilot training programs and operational strategies.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders, including program managers and military leadership.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pilot readiness and evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions through data-driven analysis.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including database programmers, human performance specialists, and vendors—is required to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
- Developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast performance outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of data analysis processes and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations are critical responsibilities to uphold organizational standards and integrity.
Other
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with active Data Science or Data Analytics certifications obtained within the past three years will also be considered.
