U.S. Federal Solutions Inc. (USFS) is looking to hire a Data Analyst to support federal clients through advanced data analytics, visualization, and operational support, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and foster organizational excellence within federal agencies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI for data visualization and dashboard development
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with Python or other programming languages is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and modeling
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to support federal agency operations
- Provide analytical support for strategic modeling, metrics development, and data-driven decision-making
- Assist in cost modeling and conduct cost-benefit analysis for various projects and initiatives
- Support the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process by providing relevant data insights and analysis
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through data analytics techniques
- Offer analytical strategy and support for Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) initiatives
- Manage records data, ensuring compliance with FOIA declassification and records scheduling requirements
Other
- 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics or related areas
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data insights clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain DoD NACI clearance; DoD Secret clearance preferred
