Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive real business results, uncover opportunities, improve data processes, and deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; statistical analysis experience is a plus.
- Experience in data governance, master data management, and SAP systems.
- Ability to analyze the downstream impact of data or process changes.
- Experience with cloud platforms and system testing.
Responsibilities
- Use statistical methods to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets for decision-making.
- Develop data collection methods and help design information flow processes.
- Cleanse and maintain master data files, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Prepare and present data reports and dashboards that help managers solve real problems.
- Collaborate with IT and data governance teams to support application changes, testing, and documentation.

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs, identify gaps, and define requirements.
- Translate business needs into data solutions, working independently or bridging communication between business and technical teams.
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
- Comfortable working with business groups to translate goals into data-driven strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical, unbiased approach.
- Great communicator who can align IT and business stakeholders.
- A passion for using data to create clarity and drive results.
- The ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical teams.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset - with a touch of creativity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, Information Systems).
