INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to support a critical data enhancement initiative aimed at ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across their systems.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data validation, QA/QC processes, and data lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in data management tools and systems, with experience updating and maintaining databases.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Update the custodian system by identifying missing data fields and accurately populating them to ensure data completeness.
- Review client records meticulously to identify and rectify missing or inconsistent data inputs.
- Track and monitor the progress of data capture, validation, and review activities to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data validation activities, updates, and quality checks for audit purposes.
- Assist in developing and implementing data quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards throughout all data handling activities.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within financial, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S.).
