Identify and resolve duplicate records within our Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Salesforce data, especially Contacts and Accounts.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, deduplication tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or data manipulation tools.
- Experience with data quality, cleansing, and governance.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Loader, Demand Tools, or similar data management tools.
- Familiarity with CRM workflows and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Salesforce data to identify duplicate Contacts and Accounts using native tools and custom logic.
- Develop and execute data cleanup strategies, including merging, deduplication, and validation.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy post-cleanup.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and impact of cleanup efforts.
- Document data cleanup processes and provide recommendations for ongoing data hygiene.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business rules and ensure accurate data consolidation.
