The company needs to translate complex datasets into actionable insights to inform executive-level decision-making and operational improvements, directly impacting revenue growth, pipeline management, and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, preferably with BigQuery experience
- Experience with data modeling and transformation tools such as dbt
- Strong skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM and sales data tools
- Familiarity with predictive analytics and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for quick data requests and ad hoc analysis
- Understanding of B2B SaaS environments and sales/post-sales data workflows
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support Revenue operations
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and answer key business questions
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for sales, marketing, and executive teams
- Handle ad hoc data requests efficiently while maintaining focus on strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and other teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Validate data and explore anomalies to identify root causes and improve data integrity
- Support senior leadership with precise, timely reporting for strategic planning and board presentations

- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through
- Clear and proactive communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts simply
- Experience working across multiple teams and time zones
