Concentrix is seeking a Data Analyst to support key business initiatives through data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and uncovering Voice of Customer (VoC) insights.
Requirements
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Alteryx.
- Experience with Voice of Customer data or customer experience analytics.
- Familiarity with other BI tools or data platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and business needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.
- Uncover and communicate Voice of the Customer insights using data from call center sources.
- Use SQL and Alteryx to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Apply Python for automation, data processing, or advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work on-site in Irvine, California.
- English language requirement.
