The Predictive Sciences Group within the Department of Translational PKPD (tPKPD) is looking to solve the problem of predicting the immunogenicity of protein-based therapeutics and optimizing the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and immunogenicity of therapeutics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in data mining, literature information extraction and predictive modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience working with large language models (e.g. Gemini, ChatGPT) for text mining.
Responsibilities
- Participate in cutting-edge research to predict the immunogenicity of protein-based therapeutics.
- Perform literature review and data mining to extract relevant information related to drug immunogenicity from publications, internal documents and internal databases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across R&D to solve complex problems in the life sciences, e.g. the relationship between immune response and drug properties.
