Bloom Growth is looking for a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Apache Superset) and ability to create compelling visualizations to communicate complex ideas.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R and Jupyter Notebooks (Hex) or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis and predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Proficient in Notion or ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data analysis processes and methodologies.
- Collect, clean, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform complex data analysis using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and recommend innovative approaches to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and driving business impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights to a non-technical audience.
