Requirements
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Power BI reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work with data models and dashboards
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards
- Analyze complex data sets and interpret trends and patterns
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
- Maintain and update data models and dashboards as needed
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data accuracy
Other
- Associate’s degree in Business or a related field and 3+ years of experience
- Ability to work independently and to know when to ask for help in resolving specific issues
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills required
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
