Requirements

  • Experience working with databases and analyzing, validating, and transforming large datasets using SQL
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with data scripting languages or statistical/mathematical software, such as Python
  • Experience with BigQuery
  • Experience creating Looker Models

Responsibilities

  • Scope, build, and maintain customer-facing reports and analyses, including both one-time and recurring deliverables.
  • Communicate findings from reports and analyses in a clear, actionable way that helps Customers make informed decisions.
  • Identify recurring customer needs and propose scalable solutions to Professional Services processes or AcuityMD products that create efficiencies for the team and our Customers.
  • Implement quality control processes to validate and ensure the accuracy of reports, integrations, and analyses, and monitor data flows to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Assist with data-related configuration changes and org clean-ups to ensure customer environments align with best practices
  • Stay informed on industry trends and data best practices to continuously improve customer deliverables and internal team efficiency.

  • Partner with Customers to understand their business objectives and define data-driven questions and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure alignment between Customer needs and our product capabilities
  • 1-4+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with Customers
  • You have an aptitude for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing analytical project, prioritizing tasks, and managing timelines
  • You pay strong attention to detail, are proactive, self-driven, and highly organized
  • Are curious and show genuine interest in learning about our customers’ science, technology, and business imperatives
  • Experience working in (or consulting for) the Medical Device industry
  • You must have an eligible work permit in the USA or Canada to be considered for this position.
