Forgen is looking to enhance its IT department by hiring a Data Analyst to support enterprise application implementations, manage application role security, and improve business analytics reporting. The role aims to ensure secure, accurate, and value-driven data services across the organization by overseeing data lifecycle execution, performing ETL, reporting, and data quality tasks, and ensuring dashboards and reports meet defined SLAs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with ERP and HRMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP).
- Understanding of ITIL 4 principles and service management practices.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or application support.
Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and ad hoc reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL tools.
- Support data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation for ERP and HRMS security audits and implementations.
- Assist in data mapping, migration, and testing during new application deployments.
- Define and track service-level metrics for data reporting and analytics.
- Ensure timely delivery of dashboards and reports that meet business SLAs.
- Ensure secure and accurate data integration across systems, including role-based access and audit support.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
