NinjaTrader is looking to establish its data culture and needs a Manager of Data and Analytics to work closely with internal business partners on reporting and analysis tasks to drive growth and empower traders.
Requirements
- Expertise in SQL, PowerBI, Snowflake, or similar technologies
- Experience with statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, and time series analysis
- Understanding of data warehousing technologies
- Experience in financial services is a strong plus, including financial and compliance related reporting
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable and automated reporting and analytics solutions and performance monitoring tools for the end user
- Analyze performance, identify trends from data, find new opportunities and address ad-hoc data requests
- Build and maintain cross-functional partnerships directly with key stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, sales and marketing
- Evangelize and facilitate the use of data, including standardized KPIs and consistent measurement methodologies
- Present project ideas and results to multiple levels of leadership with effective presentation and visualization
- Utilize modern data tools such as dbt and Looker to clean and organize data
Other
- 5+ years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to understand, translate, and map business questions into analysis tasks and projects
- Ability to work independently while interacting with multiple business teams and stakeholders
- Experience training end-users on new reports and dashboards
