Responsibilities
- The Data Analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of various business reports to provide analytical data and reporting to support various functional areas within Wencors business.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise technical requirements and reporting solutions
- Aggregate and perform statistical analysis on business data based on requests from business leadership
- Design and deliver reports, work closely with internal teams to understand their goals and translate them into actionable data solutions
- Interpret data to identify business trends, uncover valuable insights, provide clarity, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, and suggest areas for process improvement
- Improve data access, reporting processes, and automation where possible
- provide support for the existing environment.

- Experience in aerospace maintenance preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field preferred.
- MBA or master's degree in technology related field preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
