Requirements
- 2+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
- Experience analyzing and presenting data in Looker (consumer/creator level) and spreadsheets.
- Strong ability to translate data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
- No SQL required (engineering team owns modeling).
- Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare metrics (engagement, operations, revenue) or basic experimentation/segmentation concepts.
Responsibilities
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver dashboards, reports, and one-pagers to answer stakeholder questions.
- Curate and organize content in Looker: Explores, dashboards, descriptions, and table calculations.
- Partner with Analytics Engineers to define, document, and maintain consistent metric definitions.
- Validate and QA dashboards to ensure data accuracy and build trust with business users.
- Develop lightweight guides, hold office hours, and train users to increase self-serve adoption.
- Handle PHI with care and follow HIPAA-minded best practices.

- Leveraging Looker and spreadsheets, you’ll translate complex business questions into clear, trusted insights that drive action across clinical, operational, and product teams.
