Fidium Fiber is seeking a Data Analyst to build an Analytics and Data Engineering function within the Marketing business unit to capitalize on growth opportunities and solve business problems
Requirements
- Advanced experience in Python, SQL required
- Experience with Oracle, AWS, Snowflake, SQL and ETL technologies
- Experience in Tableau, Power BI, or DOMO required
- Proficiency in SQL is essential for data management and analysis
- Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle database design
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team with a variety of analysis, business cases, capabilities and campaign execution
- Provide actionable insight into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency, churn and customer acquisition
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, campaign files, and dashboards
- Collaborate with other analysts and data engineers on the needs of the Marketing Datamart for analysis, decision-making and automation
- Develop and enforce data quality standards throughout the data pipeline
- Collaborate with data quality specialists to address data anomalies and issues
- Present results and findings to stakeholders and senior leadership as required
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- Minimum 7 years applicable experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a data analyst, data engineer, data scientist or in a similar role
