Digital Prospectors is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate leads, ultimately driving growth and engagement for clients.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar is also necessary.
  • Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns are critical.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company goals and target audience needs.
  • Create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Generate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns to increase brand engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and messaging for digital campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in digital marketing or a similar role is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity are critical.
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
