CLEAResult is looking for an Operations Analyst to provide data and analytical support to Michigan Program Portfolios, supporting individual programs, clients, and responding to data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain mid-level Power BI dashboards and reports, including establishing and managing data connections with SharePoint-based files to ensure automated refreshes and reliable performance
- Leverage custom coding (DAX, or other scripting as needed) to optimize data models, implement calculated measures, and deliver tailored visualizations that support business insights and decision-making
- Manage program and portfolio data and conduct complex analysis to ensure the success of Michigan programs
- Ensure data is accurate and complete, and utilize best practices and tools for data integrity and security.
- Project and/or process management as needed. (IT projects/tickets)
Responsibilities

- Manage program and portfolio data and conduct complex analysis to ensure the success of Michigan programs
- Communicate data by providing regular reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests for multiple programs, field team activities, and business-development.
- Ensure data is accurate and complete, and utilize best practices and tools for data integrity and security.
- Respond to data requests from a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including our clients.
- Develop new reports as requested to track program performance and support Program Managers in delivering to program KPIs.

- 3-5 years relevant experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exercise independent judgement in balancing and prioritizing scheduled data requests and reports with ad-hoc requests.
