ISC2 is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing the company's data architecture.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
- Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling for complex business scenarios
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data integration techniques
- Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Excel Power Pivot (preferred)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, or predictive modeling (preferred)
- Experience working with relational databases and cloud platforms such as Azure Synapse or SQL Server
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business leaders
- Build data models, DAX measures, and calculated columns to optimize report performance and usability
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of reporting outputs
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric to integrate multiple data sources into Power BI
- Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and KPI measurement to support strategic decision-making
- Implement and enforce data governance policies, including security roles and row-level security within Power BI
- Optimize Power BI service environments, including workspace management, dataset refresh schedules, and overall performance tuning

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance in reporting environments
- Experience working in agile environments using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or DevOps (preferred)
- Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts (preferred)
