Requirements

Responsibilities
- Collect, store, and analyze healthcare data to support departmental and organizational objectives.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all software systems related to data management and reporting.
- Develop and maintain departmental reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for various stakeholders.
- Monitor statistical performance measures and identify trends or issues requiring attention.
- Create detailed reports that facilitate understanding and decision-making across departments.
- Interpret data from contact centers, telephony systems, and electronic medical records to generate insights.
- Collaborate with leadership to recommend process improvements based on data analysis.
Other
- High School diploma, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related or analytic field
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum of two years of experience working with computer systems, program management, or statistical analysis
- Prior experience in healthcare or contact center analytics is highly desirable
- Commitment to professional development and expertise in healthcare data management
