Requirements
- SQL
- Business Intelligence Tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.)
- Python or R
- Leveraging AI tools to do it all more efficiently
- Data visualization skills
- Familiarity with Databricks and/or dbt (bonus)
- Familiarity with Figma, Balsamiq, or similar wireframing tools for designing dashboard layouts (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to improve and run our organizational learning machine to enable fast, data-driven iterations across every function and major project
- Build and run GoodParty.org’s end-to-end operational business intelligence system in close partnership with Data Engineers and Ops
- Execute cross-functional analytical projects for finance, product, marketing and politics
- Lead quality checking of AI-transformed incoming batches of data and handle any manual transformation needed thereafter
- Collaborate with team leads and the data science team to align dashboards with organizational goals
- Test and iterate on visualizations to optimize usability and insight delivery for cross-functional teams
- Report to Director of Business Operations working on the Ops Team

- 1-5 years of work experience in a business analytics or data analytics role
- Quantitative by nature
- Ability to visualize data or findings in a way anyone can easily digest
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
