TabaPay is looking to hire a Data Analyst to help identify data-driven opportunities that deliver high impact business results for their stakeholders and clients, empowering clients to improve customer growth and satisfaction rates by offering top-notch analytics services.
Requirements
- Experience performing advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Ability “go deep” with the data and identify the root causes of underlying patterns.
- Ability to translate those root causes into business language for key stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to translate granular data into clear and compelling visualizations for stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Proficiency with Tableau is a plus
- Proficiency with ML IDEs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Respond to client and stakeholder requests for detailed analyses on transaction performance. Interpret the results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support our senior financial data analyst on client ROI and cost savings assessments
- Take ownership as lead analyst on a portfolio of strategic client accounts
- Responsible for proactive assessment of their performance trends
- Developing professional dashboards and detailed reports for client collaboration
- Providing active guidance to assist clients with actionable insights
- Identify, research and resolve issues involving data errors during data processing and coordinate with other teams to proactively resolve issues

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a data analytics or data modeling role
