Solina is looking for a Data Analyst to transform raw business, operational, and supply chain data into actionable insights that help optimize sourcing, production, sales, and customer service within the food and manufacturing industry.
Requirements
- Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Adage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques, time-series analysis, and demand planning.
- Experience in the food, foodservice, or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Understanding of macroeconomic factors affecting food ingredients (e.g., climate impacts, tariffs, global commodity markets).
- Experience in customer and product segmentation to support commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, sales records, production databases, and external market reports.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and other KPI reports (e.g., NSV, volume, margin, plant utilization , customer satisfaction).
- Partner with supply chain, procurement, R&D, and sales teams to provide insights that improve forecasting, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

- This role is offered as a full-time W-2 position with an initial three-month period.
