Aramark Healthcare+ is partnering with the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) to support food services, environmental services, patient transport, and call center operations across its seven-hospital, 4,000-bed system. The partnership aims to leverage advanced technologies including AI-driven meal planning, robotics, and mobile platforms to enhance patient and staff experiences.
Requirements
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create complex formulas
- Experience with SQL and Power BI
- Experience with Snowflake a plus
- 1+ year(s) of experience with data analysis and data alignment
Responsibilities
- Data Mapping: The ability to logically look at and match data, mapping our location hierarchy to the locations within our various commerce systems. These mappings drive key business critical functions and integrations.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in creating clear and compelling dashboards and visualizations using Power BI (or similar tools) and Microsoft Excel. You know how to tell a story with data, highlight key metrics, and make complex data understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Leverage product data to derive insights and drive adoption and decisions of product modules and capabilities. Identify KPI’s and automate the calculation of ROI for our tech stack. Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, customer behaviors, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Curious Explorer: Someone who is a self-starter and willing to drive to outcomes. You will be working with a wide variety of data, some from systems we develop and some from vendor platforms.
- Effectively communicate and perform user interviews and research to understand data inputs and the value of the outputs.
