VTG is seeking a Data Analyst to support a U.S. Government Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program by identifying and assessing risks across complex supply chains.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.
- Strong understanding of relational databases for querying and analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and automation).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Experience coding in Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation (using pandas, numpy, or similar libraries).
- Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning based on the analysis of large sets of data.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to suppliers, vendors, and global supply chain networks.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate data-driven insights to government stakeholders.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, trend analysis, visualization, and reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk indicators through descriptive and diagnostic analysis.
- Support the development of analytic products and briefings for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Must have and maintain a Secret clearance-eligible for a Top Secret clearance.
