Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Support business process optimization by identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Management Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
