The Sleep and Respiratory Care (S&RC) Quality organization and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Team at Philips is looking to solve the problem of managing and analyzing CAPA data, as well as managing the CAPA Dashboard.
Requirements
- Advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Power BI, Python, R, and Tableau
- Creating sophisticated predictive models and data visualizations
- Utilizing tools like Power BI, Python, R, and Tableau, to forecast trends, patterns, and anomalies for proactive decision-making
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions and operational efficiencies.
- Modeling and Visualization: Develop predictive models and data visualizations with tools like Power BI, Python, R, and Tableau to forecast trends, detect anomalies, and report on operational performance for proactive decision-making.
- Project Collaboration and Execution: Work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams to prioritize, design, and execute data analytics projects aligned with organizational goals.
Other
- Bachelor's in areas such as Data Analytics, Data Modeling or equivalent OR 6+ years of relevant experience in place of a bachelor’s degree
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment
- Must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA
- Ability to work in-person at least 3 days per week
