Triumph Foods is looking to solve the problem of providing actionable insights to business leaders and HR stakeholders through designing, developing, and delivering HR and operations data, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or Business Intelligence roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL and data visualization applications such as Tableau for creating dashboards, visualizations, and workforce reporting.
- 2+ years of experience with the UKG Pro (or Dimensions/Ready) system configuration, maintenance, and implementation is preferred.
- Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or integration tasks (preferred).
- Must be proficient in SQL for querying and validating HR data.
- Familiarity with database architecture and data governance principles is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support integrations, system upgrades, new reporting functionality, and system testing. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with HR and organizational policies as well as industry best practices.
- Partner with HR, Accounting, and business leaders to develop and deliver workforce metrics. Translate business requirements into transparent reporting and analytics solutions. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and manipulate data for reporting and analysis. Develop, maintain, and optimize standard and ad-hoc reports from HRIS and other business systems. Design and publish dashboards and workforce analytics using BI tools to support HR and business decision-making.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and courses for employees and peers. Train internal customers on the use of HRIS systems, BI tools, and other software products as needed (ex., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on BI tools and methods.
- Assist with the configuration and administration of HRIS platforms, including integrations and implementations.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of HR data across systems, while supporting compliance, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, employees, and Management personnel.
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety files, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must be able to communicate with production and management personnel effectively.
- Ability to apply mathematical applications to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to interpret various instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Must be at least 18 years old to work at Triumph Foods.
