Amivero is seeking a Data Analyst to build new capabilities for a mission-critical federal government IT system, specifically involving AI to create and deploy digital assistant features. The role requires transforming raw data into actionable insights and creating impactful data visualizations and dashboards for a high-visibility project.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
- Expertise in one or more visualization products, including the ability to design complex dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization best practices.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
- Ability to design complex dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth manual data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from diverse datasets.
- Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies to solve complex business problems.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
- Utilize PowerBI, Tableau, or similar product advanced features to create dynamic, drill-down, and real-time data visualizations.
- Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights and key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to automate data integration where applicable.

- Active Department of Homeland Security Public Trust OR Top-Secret clearance required in order to be considered for this role
- Bachelors Degree+ 3 years of experience
