YES is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Payroll team to advance Business Intelligence initiatives and support strategic decision-making across the organization by generating operational reports, evaluating data, maintaining reporting tools, and presenting key findings.
Requirements
- HRIS proficiency (Dayforce) a PLUS
- Experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis across varied datasets
- Proficient in using XML to build and manage complex data-driven forms for integration with internal systems or external platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports across HR, recruiting, and payroll functions to support workforce planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making
- Collect, organize, and analyze employee, candidate, and compensation data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Support seamless data exchange and system integration by leveraging APIs and file feed processes across HR platforms
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in Dayforce.
- Create visualizations and presentations that communicate key HR, recruiting, and payroll metrics to stakeholders, including leadership
- Provide training and guidance to HR, recruiting, and payroll team members on new reports, system enhancements, and data initiatives with professionalism and clarity
- Lead and support cross-functional projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and post-implementation review
