Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Identify trends and patterns in data that can inform business strategies and decisions.
Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
Provide ongoing support to teams by answering questions and training users on analytics tools and methodologies.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within a business environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
