Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Tableau/Power BI development (preferred)
- Tableau or Power BI certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales and marketing reports
- Support organizational needs, and assisting with various functions within Business Transformation, People, and Finance departments, particularly during the month-end close process
- Develop visual reports and dashboards
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Support key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate data-driven decision making
- Provide People Analytics insights to support organizational decision-making, particularly within the Sales department
- Analyze revenue pipeline and customer acquisition costs; recommend strategic actions based on lead source performance
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Master’s of Quantitative Management or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Typically 2+ years of professional or educational experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
